Terms of service

The service transports sender-owned items between people who already know one another. It does not sell the food or operate a marketplace of cooks.

01

Service boundary

A sender requests transportation of a package they own or prepared. The final agreement must define the company’s role, service area, customer responsibilities and when a delivery is accepted.

Final commitments, fees, timelines, remedies and legal wording are intentionally not invented in this development build.

02

Customer responsibilities

The final terms should address accurate contact/address information, lawful contents, secure packaging, timely pickup access, recipient authorization and safe instructions.

  • Do not request delivery of prohibited or unsafe items.
  • Provide reachable sender and recipient contacts.
  • Correct errors promptly through support.
03

Operations and interruptions

Traffic, weather, parking, building access, vehicle issues and recipient availability require an approved incident and remedy policy rather than invented guarantees.

04

Payments and disputes

Stripe will process digital delivery-service payments. Taxes, cancellation fees, refunds, chargebacks and dispute jurisdiction require professional review.
